- Specialized welding of High Pressure Pipe, Hard Face Weld Overlay, Bimetal Overlay, and Surface Weld Overlay for anti-wear, anti-abrasion, corrosion resistance on machine components. As per welding part we work in various materials such as Inconel, Titanium, HSLA Steel, CU Ni, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, NACE Carbon Steel, Satellite, Hastalloy. We have a team of qualified welders with approved WPS, PQR, and WPQ by internationally reputed agencies such as M/s. DNV, M/s. ABS, etc.
- Onsite fix Turing, Welding & Machining for Critical Job.
- Development of import substitution critical component of machining as per drawing as per sample.
- Important view of our working: Before repair of job (Welding Machining, Fabrication) we carry out complete MOC check, failure analysis & some time we change or modify the design & MOC in taking consideration stress load, impact, wear factor of component for improving life.
- For maintenance and repair welding we always select Eutetic alloys, Low heat input welding electrodes, wires, powders to protect the internal granular construction and molecular of job, control the distortion of component.
- We have our own workshop in Chandivali (Powai), Khanavale (Panvel), Taloja (Panvel), Kalamboli (Panvel) & Kaner Phata (Virar). The Jobs carried out at our workshops are under our Supervision & Quality Assurance Plans. Meeting the challenges of highly critical & specialized areas of jobs is the very strength of this organization.
